New Zealand Orders

Cloudy Prints currently ships within New Zealand only.

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from New Zealand. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and location.

Custom Illustration Orders

Custom illustrations are created by hand and require production time before shipping.

  • Creation time:
    Custom illustrations typically take 1–2 weeks to create.
    During busy periods, this timeframe may be longer.

  • Shipping time:
    Once completed, shipping within New Zealand can take up to 1 week, depending on your location and the courier service.

Please note that all timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Ready-Made Prints

For non-custom, ready-made prints:

  • Orders are usually dispatched within a few business days

  • Shipping times within New Zealand may take up to 1 week

Overseas Orders

At this stage, Cloudy Prints does not offer standard international shipping.

If you are located outside New Zealand and would like to place an order, please email printsbycb@gmail.com before purchasing to see if international shipping is possible.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Events outside our control

Cloudy Prints is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
